Service Description

Think circuit training with some beats! These classes are a full 60 minutes with Hip-hop songs that are synced to all strength training and cardio movements, utilizing supersets, drop sets, plyometrics, and HIIT training. In this class, you will use weights, a mat, and resistance bands. This class will be a total body workout hitting every muscle group while bumping to the latest hits!
