Spring is for Kickboxing






Spring break and traveling can sometimes throw a wrench in your everyday routine to workout and that's exactly what happened to me! Before I was able to work out at 9Round, I I think it had been almost a week that I wasn't able to get a good sweat sesh in. I took the day off after I got back because of my late flight, and decided to take the day to rest and unpack, but I also wanted to workout (my nature of course!) What was so nice was that I decided to go to 9Round and was in and out in 30 minutes- perfect for a day where I was a little scattered but MADE myself be active!


9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want a unique, fun, and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates a functional, interval, cardiovascular, and circuit training regimens. Here's what happens when you walk in: 

A bell goes off and you do each round for three minutes, followed by an active rest period. In total there are 9 rounds so you are in and out in 30 minutes!
