The mind...It's such an important space. It can easily be filled with worry, anger, regret & hypothetical situations that will eventually start to manifest into the rest of your body. If you're not in the right headspace or in a positive mindset it will permeate into every area of your life. The last two years I have been working diligently on my mindset and how I perceive reality vs what sometimes is imagined in my thoughts. The one thing I've noticed throughout all of this is that we have the CHOICE to CHOOSE where we allow our minds to go. It's not an easy task to brush things aside but know that YOU have the power to do it.
Ever since I created my fitness brand I've always gotten asked "Where do you get your determination from?" "How do you have so much energy?" "How do you do all that you do and stay positive?" For the most part (LOL) I love life, I love people and I am super passionate about things that speak to my heart, but I also have moments where I question my self worth, my actions, responses, relationships and decisions I've made. The point is I CHOOSE where I land and the same things goes for my health and wellness journey.
That is why I created this program. I'm not only going to give you the tools you need to create healthier habits for your specific lifestyle, but we're going to start on the mind first. Once the mind is trained and ready for battle you honestly can accomplish anything your desires!
