I am so excited to be launching my first ever Local Holiday Gift Guide! So why just Indy? Over the last year of my blogging and influencing, and doing social media marketing I have become friends and cross paths with some amazing local businesses. Brands that are paving the way for others, stepping out in faith and doing something they believe in and have passion for and killing it! I love this city. I fell in love with it after moving here...and granted it took awhile for me haha, but that's besides the point :) I love what this place means to me and the businesses and brands that keep it moving and I want to support that! I'm also friends with a lot of female entrepreneurs, so why wouldn't you support your friend trying to achieve her dream?! Not every business that I adore is on this list, but all of them speak to a different demographic and I know you'll find value in shopping local this holiday season. Take a look at some of the businesses I’ve partnered with for the holiday below and be on the lookout for giveaways taking place all season long on my social media platforms!

Abboo Candle Co

Abboo Candle Co

Online Store

Abboo sells clean burning, uniquely scented soy candles & melts: hand-poured & heart-filled from the small town of Fortville, Indiana. This company was founded by owner Michelle in 2017 and if you’re wondering where the name came from (like me because it’s so different and unique!) Abboo was the nickname that was given to her as a child by her grandfather. They use premium soy wax, cotton wicks, and phthalate free fragrance oils to bring customers a candle that burns as good as it smells! Their simple candle container style and label design fit well with any decor.

Books & Brews at Hamilton Town Center

Books & Brews at Hamilton Town Center

13230 Harrel Parkway #100

Noblesville, IN 46060

A place this is family-friendly and oh so fun? Sign me up! Books & Brews has several locations throughout Central Indiana but I recently made a visit to their Hamilton Town Center location. At Books & Brews they are passionate about disconnecting people from technology and reconnecting them with each other. Books & literacy are a passion of theirs and it shines through in all aspects of the place! The front of the space sells gently used books of all kinds at an affordable price, and 10% of all proceeds goes to IndyReads, a nonprofit that offers adult and childhood literacy programs. They also have their very own craft beer, all cleverly named after books. Books & Brews is a place for the reader, the scholar, the gamer, the drinker, the music lover or for the individual.
