For those who need to get caught up to speed, 9Round was a part of my Fitness Guide in January and when I went there I felt so intimidated! I think I even said how horrible I was ha! I went there last week for another try and I felt more comfortable with the workout and their trainers. Plus I loved the energy in the room...everyone is on a specific round, giving it their all and it creates an atmosphere where you WANT to work harder.

Here's what happens when you walk in:
A bell goes off and you do each round for three minutes, followed by an active rest period. In total there are 9 rounds so you are in and out in 30 minutes!
There are no set times to workout- and you can start the bell at anytime with coaches on staff helping through every movement. Check out the 9Round locations around Indianapolis in Greenwood, Southport and Avon!
Here's my 2nd attempt at doing this workout, and let me tell you....by the end of the 30 minutes I was drenched in sweat! And the first is class is FREE! (video is sped up)
