Do you CrossFit?
It's been no secret that I've been on the struggle bus for the last month in terms of my workouts. I hadn't done CrossFit in almost a month because the flu went bananas in my house! So, this was my first workout back at it and it was definitely SO needed. I'm not going to lie, this was a really tough workout for me, but I am so happy that I was able to finish it! I tried to take it easy as possible but regardless it was hard lol!
District 135 Fitness has become such a favorite of mine here on the Southside of Indy. New to CrossFit or intimated about it? Give it a try and don't be! I consider myself very new to this area of fitness and every time I go to District 135 Fitness I am always encouraged while working out. Their coaches are always pushing you to your limits, which I love! Their also so knowledgable, from giving you tips on making your form better, to providing some pro tips because they want you to succeed! It's the best feeling!
